Bridget Stephan is a Director in the New York office. She advises clients on investor relations and corporate positioning, as well as transactions and special situations, including crisis matters, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, activist shareholder situations and senior management changes.
Bridget's notable assignments include providing support to: Spirit Airlines on its proposed merger with JetBlue, Rent the Runway on its IPO on the Nasdaq, Allbirds on its IPO on the Nasdaq, Harley Davidson's LiveWire on its merger with AEA-Bridges Impact Corp., Shiseido on its acquisition of Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare and Drunk Elephant, and Winnebago Industries on its acquisition of Newmar and Barletta Boats.
Bridget graduated from Duke University with a B.A. in Psychology, a minor in Economics and a certificate in Markets and Management Studies.
