National service alumna, dog mom, certified TreeKeeper, thru-hiker, baseball lover, and DC Fray 6x kickball champion.
Brooke is an Associate Director at FGS Global, where she supports onboarding and employee engagement initiatives across North America. She collaborates with regional and global stakeholders to align local culture-building efforts with the firm’s strategic goals, helping integrate legacy operations and create a cohesive, inclusive employee experience.
Before joining FGS Global, Brooke held people-centered roles across the nonprofit, legal, healthcare, and life sciences sectors, most recently leading learning & development initiatives at the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO). Her experience spans guiding patients through complex care journeys, supporting fertility policy advocacy, and expanding legal access for low-income individuals as a Limited License Legal Technician (LLLT) with the Washington State Bar Association.
Brooke began her career in national service, as one of the youngest Team Leaders in AmeriCorps NCCC, leading disaster recovery and community development projects nationwide and earning national recognition for her service.
She graduated magna cum laude with a dual B.A. in Political Science and Sociology from Western Washington University and received a Master’s Certificate in Human Resources Development from Cornell University. Brooke is passionate about inclusive learning design, mentorship, and building people-centered systems rooted in purpose, equity, and belonging.
