Calista Ashley

Calista is a Senior Associate at FGS Global, where she began her career in the New York office before relocating to Singapore. She brings experience in strategic communications and media relations across the US, Europe, and Asia, advising organisations on how to position themselves amid complex market, regulatory, and reputational dynamics.

At FGS Global, Calista supports clients on media strategy, narrative development, and issues and reputation management, with a particular focus on translating technical or sensitive topics into clear, credible stories for investors, policymakers, and the media. Her experience spans capital markets–related communications, corporate positioning, and ongoing media engagement. Clients she has worked with include Visa, BlackRock, Quadria Capital, Endowus, and audax Financial Technology.

Originally from Jakarta, Indonesia, Calista is fluent in both Indonesian and English, enabling her to navigate cross-border communications and engage effectively with diverse stakeholder groups. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Cornell University.
