Carolyn Gluck is a Partner in FGS Global’s Government Affairs Division. She provides strategic political and legislative counsel on a broad range of issues to the firm’s Health practice.

Prior to joining the firm, Carolyn spent 18 years on Capitol Hill advising Democratic Leader Senator Harry Reid (D-NV) on public health, women’s issues and appropriations. In this capacity, Carolyn participated in negotiations for the Affordable Care Act, coordinated efforts to defeat government shut down attempts over family planning funding, and worked on a broad range of mental health and public health authorizations and appropriations.

Carolyn earned a BA in Political Science and French at the University of Michigan. She resides in Washington, D.C. with her husband, Adam, and two children.
