Carolyn Pike

Carolyn Pike is a Partner in FGS Global’s Zurich office. She advises senior leaders across industries on strategic positioning, corporate reputation, and all aspects of capital markets communications, helping organisations take control of their narrative in complex and high-stakes situations. She also leads the firm’s Swiss crisis practice.

Carolyn brings deep financial services expertise shaped by senior roles at Swiss Re and by six years as a Bloomberg journalist covering Swiss finance and insurance. She has also held senior communications roles at Schindler, giving her first-hand experience advising complex, global industrial organisations. Her work combines boardroom-level counsel with hands-on crisis navigation, enabling clients to communicate with clarity, credibility, and impact when it matters most.

In her spare time, she enjoys podcasts and reading, travelling with her family, and being actively involved in her local community.
