Cat has more than a decade of experience as an Emmy-winning TV news producer at Morning Joe on MSNBC and ABC News 20/20, working closely with Diane Sawyer. She began her career as a musical theater performer, where she played dream soprano roles across the globe.

Cat is a Managing Director in FGS Global’s Strategic Communications Division, where she works with a wide array of clients across media and entertainment, philanthropy, higher education, aerospace, and more. She specializes in partnering with clients to navigate change, both in complex crisis settings and for reputational work across wide sets of stakeholders. She leads firmwide efforts in developing strategies for engaging with emerging media platforms.
Cat spent more than a decade as an Emmy-winning journalist, most recently as booking producer for MSNBC’s Morning Joe, where she produced programming and developed deep relationships with experts, lawmakers, historians, and reporters across top-tier broadcast, print, and digital media.
Cat grew up in North Carolina, where she graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with a double major in broadcast journalism and music. She earned a master’s in psychology from Hunter College, which she uses every day. She lives in Brooklyn, NY.
