Prior to joining FGS Global, Catherine was Vice President, Business Operations and SOX at Heidrick & Struggles, a Nasdaq listed company. During her 20+ career there she also served as the Controller and Head of Global Business Services; Head of Finance EMEA and COO/Controller of the London operations. Before that she was a director at Deloitte and a partner at Arthur Andersen in London. She graduated from Oxford University and is a chartered accountant.
