Chandler provides strategic communications counsel to clients across sectors, advising on high-stakes transactions, crises, complex litigation, IPOs, M&A and workplace issues. She partners with organizations and individuals on a range of reputational matters, including long-term positioning and sensitive issues.
Chandler has experience advising organizations in the sports industry, where she has helped clients navigate some of the most complex communications moments and reputational challenges across sport.
Her additional experience includes advising on multiple public listings including Uber, Samsara, 23andMe, Nextdoor and Virgin Galactic; supporting clients through high-profile crises and litigation – including Waymo and Fitbit on intellectual property litigation, Capital One on a data breach and a large private university’s leadership and board of trustees on high-profile diversity issues and leadership transitions; advising on workplace matters for a global gaming company; managing financial and transaction-related communications for leading technology companies; and supporting private equity and venture capital firms on transactions and corporate positioning. She also has extensive experience with investor relations programs post-listing.
Chandler graduated from UCLA with Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Communication Studies.
