Charles O'Brien

With more than 15 years of experience in strategic communications, Charles advises clients on complex and high-profile crisis situations. He is a co-lead of the UK crisis practice, leads the UK litigation communications practice, and is a member of the global cyber crisis task force.

He has also advised multiple high-profile FTSE listed and international clients across financial and M&A communications, corporate reputation campaigns and other special situations work including restructurings, high profile litigation and data breaches. He has extensive experience of dual-track processes involving major Private Equity players.

Charles qualified as an ACA chartered accountant with KPMG before going on to work in the Sydney and London offices of ABN AMRO. He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin and a Master of Accounting from The Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business. He is a fluent French speaker.
