With more than 16 years of experience in strategic communications, Charles provides Board level counsel on complex and high-profile capital markets and crisis situations - both in the French market and globally.
He has a strong international perspective, and has advised multiple European and UK clients across M&A and IPO communications, corporate reputation campaigns and other special situations work. He has extensive experience of dual-track processes involving Private Equity. He also leads our French market crisis practice and has advised clients across major 'bet the company' cross border litigation and restructurings. Charles is a member of the FGS Global cyber task force, and has worked with clients on simulation testing and client crisis preparation, as well as managing live data breaches.
Charles qualified as an ACA chartered accountant with KPMG before going on to work in the Sydney and London offices of ABN AMRO. He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin and has a Master of Accounting from The Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business. He is a fluent French speaker.
