Charlotte Hitchcock serves as the Global HR Program Coordinator for FGS Global's People team. In this role, she actively contributes to the development and implementation of globally scalable people programs and practices to support the expanding business.
Before joining FGS Global, Charlotte held the position of Human Capital Consultant at Deloitte. In this capacity, she specialized in large-scale transformation projects on both national and international fronts. Additionally, Charlotte achieved success in delivering strategic development programs aimed at advancing the education of practitioners.
Charlotte holds a Master of Management Studies in Global Business and Society from the Yale School of Management.
