Charlotte brings more than two decades of experience across Capitol Hill, legal practice, and healthcare delivery to the practice where she supports clients in all areas of health care related to federal programs. She is uniquely suited to help clients who are focused on AI-assisted care delivery, systems reform, and program integrity. She supports investment firms with health care acquisitions and risk/opportunity analyses. Charlotte has been intimately involved in all the major legislative and regulatory changes to the biopharmaceutical industry.
Prior to joining FGS Global, Charlotte served in senior advisory roles on Capitol Hill for Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist, House Budget Chairman Paul Ryan, and Speaker John Boehner. She was instrumental in developing the Medicare reform proposal that became the part of the platform for the Romney-Ryan Presidential Campaign in 2012. Later, she led the bipartisan effort to secure passage of historic Medicare physician payment reform. Before working for Congress, Charlotte was a health care attorney in a D.C. regulatory practice and worked at Children's Hospital/Harvard Medical School in Boston, where she led a tissue engineering lab.
She holds a law degree from Boston University and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Alliance for Health Policy, where she lends her strategic insight to national discussions on health care access, quality and innovation.
