She advises clients navigating transformative matters including activism defense, complex M&A, leadership transitions and various crisis situations. She also develops value-accretive media and investor relations strategies.

For the last decade, Charlotte has been a trusted advisor to companies and leading asset managers on high-profile matters. She most recently served as Partner at a leading communications and special situations advisory firm, Longacre Square Partners. There, she led special situations and ongoing positioning mandates related to transactions, shareholder activism, complex litigation and issues management, as well as fund launches and LP communications.

Charlotte brings deep expertise in corporate governance, buy and sell-side perceptions and media management. Her counsel has helped drive tens of billions of dollars in value for issuers and investors, historic full Board/C-Suite takeovers and scores of unprecedented proxy advisory wins.

Charlotte began her career on the trading desk at Farallon Capital Management, a global institutional asset manager with $41 billion in assets under management. She previously served on the Philanthropy Board of 100 Women in Finance and the California Hedge Fund Association. Charlotte earned dual B.A. degrees in Art History and Communications from the University of Colorado Boulder.
