As a Partner in FGS Global's London office, Chris has extensive experience advising clients on strategic, financial and crisis communications in both London and New York.
In addition to his focus on M&A, Chris has worked with a broad range of public and private companies in the UK and US on strategic profile raising, crisis management, litigation support, employee engagement and executive positioning.
His recent transaction experience includes the merger of Kronos and Ultimate Software, Takeda's acquisition of Shire, Nightstar Therapeutics' sale to Biogen, Express Scripts' acquisition by Cigna and the merger of Praxair and Linde Group.
Prior to joining FGS Global, Chris worked for Anglo American, first in Corporate Finance and then managing communications for the Group’s divestment program.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Business Science degree from the University of Cape Town, South Africa.
