Chris is a trusted advisor to publicly listed and private clients in the UK, Europe and Asia. Chris specialises in financial institutions, working in banking, insurance and private capital, and has supported clients through high-stakes crises and issues management, major transformation projects and significant M&A.
Chris is also passionate about talent and development at FGS Global, helping to establish and lead the international graduate programme.
Prior to FGS Global, Chris was Head of Communications at Tesco Bank reporting into the CEO and he was a member of the Tesco Group Communications leadership team; and he advised the Scottish Government on two significant transformation projects, including the creation of the Scottish National Investment Bank.
Chris is passionate about culture and the arts, serving as a Board Trustee of the National Galleries of Scotland. Chris graduated in history from the University of Glasgow, where he served as president of the university union, and he recently completed a leadership programme at Cambridge University's business school.
