Cindy Cato

As Managing Director of Facilities & Administration at FGS Global, Cindy works with both DC and NY offices and assumes oversight of administrative operations to include front office protocol, supply and asset inventory, contractor management, new hire onboarding, safety training, and security administration.

Prior to joining FGS Global, Cindy was the Office Administrator at Altria Client Services. At Altria, she was responsible for facilities management, consisting of equipment and systems acquisition, vendor and contract management, onboarding, safety and security program oversight, and event management. Cindy also held facilities management responsibilities for five state offices.

The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) is where Cindy first gained exposure to Washington corporate affairs and earned executive leadership recognition as a playmaker. As a core member of NYSE’s Public Affairs team in their DC-based Government Affairs office, Cindy was responsible for congressional interaction with the NYSE. She worked closely with Hill staffers arranging congressional visits to NYC and also assisted with the coordination of joint NYSE-State Department functions, such as their distinguished diplomatic corps dinners.

Graduate of the University of Michigan, First Lady of Mount Calvary Baptist Church in Lanham, Maryland, missionary, Drama Ministry member, and youth mentor. However, the title Cindy is proudest to be called is wife to Cato, and mother to her loving, blended tribe of now adults that include Gavin, Collin, CJ, Jessica, Jeremy, Joy and Jordyn. Last but not least, Cindy is ecstatic to be called grandmother to her adorable grandson, Aries.
