Other high-profile M&A, crisis and litigation experience include advising Herbalife Nutrition on its settlement agreement with the FTC and defense against Pershing Square; Fiat Chrysler Automobiles on its merger with Groupe PSA and previously proposed transaction with Groupe Renault; Tesla on its settlement with the SEC; the Independent Directors of Wells Fargo during their independent investigation of the bank's retail sales practices; Revlon on its acquisition of Elizabeth Arden; and HNA Group on its equity investment in Hilton and other global transactions.
