Conan D’Arcy advises corporates and investors in the tech, media and telecoms (TMT) sector on public policy and government relations. He specialises in advising corporates and investors on the risks and opportunities of emerging technology and telecoms policy frameworks.
Immediately prior to joining FGS Global, Conan launched and ran the TMT practice at strategic advisory firm Global Counsel. Leading a team in London, Brussels and Washington DC, he had a particular focus on AI, copyright, data protection, digital competition, telecoms and content moderation policy.
Before that, Conan was a political and legislative adviser to Members of the European Parliament (MEPs) and then a Special Adviser to the British Deputy Prime Minister.
