Conor McClafferty returned to FGS Global in 2019 and splits his time between the London and Dublin offices. Conor has worked in communications for over fifteen years and leads the UK Transactions and Financial Communications Practice Group. Conor has extensive client advisory expertise, working with Boards, CEOs and senior executives on a range of strategic areas, including media relations, financial communications and investor relations, employee engagement, executive transition and organisational change, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, and reputation management.
Prior to returning to FGS Global, Conor spent three years working for Ireland’s leading executive search and leadership advisory firm MERC Partners, a Spencer Stuart company. He worked with many domestic and multinational clients and successfully completed numerous senior executive and non-executive search assignments.
Conor graduated with a BComm from University College Dublin and a MSc from The Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business. He also recently achieved a Diploma in Leadership Development from UCD Smurfit Executive Development. Conor spends his spare time chasing his five year old twins.
