Daniel Goldstein is a Managing Director in the Los Angeles office. He provides strategic communications support to public and private organizations on transactions and special situations, including mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, shareholder activism and proxy contests, cybersecurity incidents, complex litigation, crisis situations, executive changes, commercial disputes and regulatory investigations, as well as long-term corporate positioning and investor relations.
Recent assignments include advising TSG Consumer Partners on promotions, investments, exits and corporate developments at portfolio companies; Pabst Brewing on the announcement of its new CEO and other matters; Hudson Pacific Properties on its joint venture with and investment from Blackstone and subsequent acquisitions by the JV; Ascent Solar on reporting data from its joint mission with NASA; and Priority Ambulance on its rebrand to Priority OnDemand, personnel announcements, and acquisitions.
