Senior Corporate Paralegal who is a member of the Global Legal & Regulatory team while providing high-level support to the legal function of the firm globally and its Chief Legal Officer.
Prior to joining FGS Global in May 2025, Dan was the sole Compliance Manager for a venture capital and private equity firm in Washington, DC (Revolution) for over 13 years.
When he isn't with his wife and their rescue dog in Arlington, Virginia, Dan enjoys being a baseball season ticketholder of the Washington Nationals with his wife since 2017.
Dan McAndrews is the Senior Corporate Paralegal at FGS Global, based out of the firm's Washington, DC office. At FGS, Dan provides high-level support to the legal function of the firm globally and its Chief Legal Officer.
Dan has a demonstrated history of working in and with Am Law 100 law firms where he was recognized as the Firmwide Paralegal of the Year three times over (2002, 2008 and 2010) at two different Am Law 100 law firms. He is a strong professional skilled in entity management, corporate public/private securities, legal compliance, government authentication of legal documents for use in foreign countries, federal/state/local licensing and mergers/acquisitions.
Dan began his legal career as a corporate/securities paralegal at several Am Law 100 law firms in Cleveland, OH (Fay Sharpe, Jones Day and Baker & Hostler) and then Washington, DC (Brobeck and Patton Boggs). In these roles, he worked with attorneys on various corporate matters, including venture capital, mergers/acquisitions, debt and equity offerings, fund formation, securities law compliance, real estate, intellectual property and corporate governance.
Dan received his B.S.B.A. in Management and Organizational Leadership from the Boler College of Business at John Carroll University in Cleveland, OH, where he was born and raised.
