Daniela Ritter is a Director at FGS Global based in New York. She provides strategic communications counsel on crisis and special situations, including litigation, liquidity/restructuring and executive transitions. She works with companies in a broad range of sectors, including financial services, retail and media/technology, as well as higher education institutions.
Daniela advises clients through periods of intense scrutiny and organizational change, including high-profile litigation, large-scale Chapter 11 filings, cross-border transactions and regulatory inquiries.
Before joining FGS Global’s predecessor firm Finsbury, Daniela worked at two AmLaw 100 law firms, focusing on capital markets, M&A and corporate governance matters. She also clerked in the chambers of the late Judge Jerry A. Brown of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
Daniela is admitted to practice law in New York. She earned her J.D., Order of Barristers, from Tulane University Law School and her B.A. in Political Economy from Bates College. She is also a proud alumna of Trinity School.
