Danielle started her career at predecessor firm, SVC, based in Houston. She grew up in Dallas and holds a BA in Political Science and Philosophy from Tulane University.

Texas native and New Orleans fanatic. Can be found playing fetch with her dog, skiing in Telluride, Colorado, or shopping for vinyl records.

Danielle Berg is a Director in the New York office. She advises a wide range of clients on complex transactions and special situations, including contested and friendly M&A transactions, proxy contests and shareholder activist defense, public offerings, spin-offs and divestitures, and ongoing media and investor relations programs.

Danielle’s notable assignments include advising: Zendesk on its terminated acquisition of Momentive, shareholder agitation by JANA Partners, and sale to Hellman & Friedman and Permira; Bed Bath & Beyond on shareholder agitation by RC Ventures (Ryan Cohen); Dollar Tree on its investor relations program and shareholder agitation by Mantle Ridge; Clear Channel on its executive transition and investor relations program; Activision Blizzard on employee relations; Durational Capital on its take private of Casper Sleep; Starwood Capital on its bid to acquire Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation; Leslie’s Pool Supply on its IPO on the Nasdaq; LATAM Air Lines Group on its joint venture with Delta Air Lines; the Rice Team on its successful proxy contest against EQT and today supporting EQT's new leadership team on strategic communications; media and investor relations support for multiple companies; and other confidential crisis matters.

Danielle started her career at Sard Verbinnen & Co, one of FGS Global's predecessor firms, based in Houston. She grew up in Dallas, TX and holds a B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy from Tulane University.
