Danny Gomez is a Director in FGS Global’s Government Affairs Division in Washington D.C. He supports clients in the financial services and education practices, including with legislative and regulatory strategy to help advance their interests in Congress and the executive branch.
A former Congressional staffer, Danny previously supported Sen. Deb Fischer (R-NE) with tax and financial services policy during the Trump and Biden administrations. Danny also managed Sen. Fischer’s elections portfolio on the Senate Rules Committee during the 2020 presidential election. He began his career as a Press Intern in the House of Representatives.
A Miami native, Danny graduated from Florida International University with a B.A. in Political Science and from Georgetown University with an M.A. in Journalism. He resides in Virginia with his wife and daughter.
