Danya Al-Qattan is a Partner and co-leads the firm’s Transactions & Financial Communications practice. She advises clients on complex financial communications matters and special situations including contested and friendly M&A transactions, shareholder activism campaigns, spin-offs, IPOs, litigation matters and crises, as well as ongoing strategic media and investor communications programs.
