Ed is a Director in the London Office, having joined FGS Global in 2018, and is a member of the firm’s Financial Communications & Transactions Practice. He has wide-ranging capital markets experience, working regularly with clients in cross-border mandates covering M&A, complex restructurings, and reputational issues. He has also worked extensively on corporate and leadership programmes both in the UK and abroad.
During his time at FGS Global, Ed spent 10 months in 2023 on an agreed sabbatical with the British Army. Prior to FGS Global, he worked at Newgate Communications advising companies across the FTSE. Ed graduated from Exeter University with a BA in Human Geography.
