Eliza Carter is a Director in the Insights Division based Washington, D.C. She works on client projects utilizing various quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to inform strategic thinking and communications. In addition to traditional research methodologies, Eliza also executes digital research projects and analysis covering the online news and social media landscape for clients. Eliza also monitors social media coverage and conversations in real time for crisis situations and breaking stories for clients.
Prior to joining Finsbury Glover Hering, Eliza worked as a Marketing Research Assistant with Edge Research.
Eliza graduated from the University of Georgia with a BA in Journalism – Advertising and a minor in Statistics. During her senior year, she spent a semester in D.C. as an intern for the Insights team. A native of Washington, D.C., Eliza moved back to the city from Atlanta and spends her time exploring running trails, concerts and restaurants.
