Ellie Penati is a Director in the Boston office, providing strategic communications support to a wide range of clients on a variety of transactions and special situations, including M&A, IPOs, litigation, crisis matters, proxy contests, and management changes, as well as ongoing investor relations and corporate positioning projects.
Ellie’s notable assignments include providing support to: Klaviyo on its IPO on the NYSE; Medallion Financial on its activist defense against Zimcal Asset Management; Aspen Tech’s merger deal with Emerson; EQRx on its sale to Revolution Medicines; Akili Interactive on its SPAC transaction with Social Capital Suvretta; Alnylam on its management succession announcement; issues management support for Walgreens, OpenAI, KeyBank, Amazon and Visa; and ongoing corporate positioning, media relations and portfolio support for Freeman, Philips, Denali Therapeutics and Citi.
Ellie graduated from The Johns Hopkins University with a B.A. in Political Science.
