Before joining FGS, Emma worked at Liberty Square Group, where she advised a diverse range of clients on communications and crisis management strategies. She played a key role in developing communications materials, managing media relations, and producing timely, strategic messaging for clients under pressure.
Previously, Emma worked at Holyoke High School, where she assisted in developing the Early College and Work-Based Learning programs - initiatives designed to break the cycle of poverty through education. She also interned at Englander Knabe and Allen, a nationally recognized strategic communications firm specializing in public affairs, government affairs, crisis communication, and litigation communication.
Emma graduated cum laude from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a double major in Communication and Psychology.
