Ethan Holmes served as a Senior Agricultural Policy Advisor at USDA and Deputy Assistant for the United States Trade Representative for Intergovernmental Affairs and Public Engagement at the Office of the United States Trade Representative. He also served as economic policy advisor for Congressman Ron Kind.
Ethan has a B.A. from DePaul University in philosophy, an MSc from the University of Edinburgh in International Political Theory
