Felix Cazalet is a Director in the political, policy and regulatory due diligence team. He advises institutional investors, including private equity, pension funds and family offices, on risk and opportunity in transactions and portfolio management. He has led project teams across many geographies, including Europe, Asia and MENA, and advised on a range of sectors including clean energy, education and financial services. He has led complex due diligence projects on multi-billion dollar transactions covering multiple markets.
Before FGS, Felix was a Director in the investor team of a strategic advisory firm and a Policy Fellow at a UK think tank, where he wrote about critical minerals, economic security and industrial strategy. He began his career at the UK's Foreign Office.
