Fiona Amis is a Director in the South Florida office. She advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, activist shareholder situations, senior management changes, issues management and ongoing corporate positioning and investor relations programs.
Recent assignments include supporting Spirit Airlines on its merger with Frontier Airlines, Allbirds on its IPO, CoreLogic on its proxy fight with Senator Investment Group and Cannae Holdings and transaction with Stone Point Capital and Insight Partners, and Oaktree Capital on media relations, transaction-related communications and portfolio company support.
Prior to joining the firm, Fiona worked as an intern for the Media Relations department at MSNBC. Previously, she interned for New York State Senator Daniel Squadron and taught math to middle school students for Breakthrough New York.
Fiona graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics and Economics.
