Life Beyond FGS Global

Loves all things culinary – cooking, wining, and dining, addicted to good series and podcasts, rather unambitious runner

For more than one decade, Franziska Ammann has been advising clients in restructuring and transformation processes, crises, litigation and compliance issues as well as other mission critical situations. She supports companies from a broad variety of sectors and ranging from mid-sized to large corporations. Based in the Dusseldorf office of FGS Global, Franziska provides strategic counselling as well as hands-on execution of communication whenever issues in need of explanation come up – either preventively or acutely.

Her focus lies on creating strategies and messaging around the announcement and implementation of organizational changes – considering all relevant internal and external stakeholder groups and their interdependencies. She successfully advised clients during turnarounds, outsourcing projects, structural transformations, operational restructurings and site closures. For some of her clients, Franziska also acted as spokesperson in critical situations.

In 2017, Franziska worked from the New York office of then Finsbury, supporting German and US companies with litigation and compliance issues.

Prior to joining FGS Global, she worked in different editorial departments, for a member of the German Bundestag and in the corporate communications department of Porsche AG. Franziska holds a B.A. in Communication Sciences from Erfurt University and a Master’s degree in Communication Management from Leipzig University.
