Gordon Simpson is based in FGS Global’s London office, and has been a partner since 2012. Leading the Real Estate practice, Gordon advises both UK and international groups on brand building and enhancing their reputations with key audiences.
Working with both listed and private companies Gordon has extensive experience working with senior management and heads of communications, understanding clients’ strategic objectives, and developing communication strategies to support them. Gordon advises on leadership positioning, and has strong experience of crisis management across multiple audiences. In the capital markets, Gordon has advised on numerous contested acquisitions, capital raisings and flotations.
Prior to joining FGS Global, Gordon was an officer in the British Army, a demanding environment requiring lateral thinking, adaptability, and strong communication. Gordon is a BSc Honours graduate from Newcastle University and a Registered Securities Representative in the UK.
