Previously, Griffin worked at Lot Sixteen as a Government Relations Fellow, focusing on critical minerals, materials, and renewable energy. Prior to his time in D.C., he was an Environmental Legislative Intern for New York State Assembly Member Daniel (Danny) O'Donnell.

Griffin works in the Government Affairs sector on the Energy and Sustainability team promoting sustainability and clean energy options between companies, coalitions and the federal government, as well as helping with research projects regarding renewable and clean energy. He works on biofuels, liquid fuels, and renewable power generation related matters. Prior to FGS Global, Griffin worked at Lot Sixteen, an energy lobbying and government relations firm based in Washington D.C.. He graduated from Hobart and William Smith Colleges with a BA in Environmental Studies and Management & Entrepreneurship. While at Hobart, he rowed Division I and was the Hobart Student Government Treasurer. Originally from New York City.
