Harry is a Director in FGS Global's Government & Public Affairs practice, based in London, where he is focused on financial services policy.

Harry joined the firm from another political consultancy, where he spent four years advising a wide range of corporate and investor clients in the sector. Ahead of the 2024 General Election, he was seconded to Labour Party to advise the Shadow Treasury team on its financial services policy programme; he has also spent time leading UK public policy for a major US global investment bank. Harry started his career at financial services trade association, UK Finance where he specialised in SME finance policy.
