Harry Worthington

Harry joined FGS Global in 2014 and is a Managing Director based in London. From capital markets transactions to reputational issues, Harry helps companies navigate communications challenges by providing strategic counsel and executing tailored strategies to reach their different stakeholders.

He has extensive UK and cross-border transaction experience and has worked on a number of high-profile transactions in recent years including M&A, IPOs and take privates. He also advises clients on corporate and leadership positioning campaigns, crisis communications and sensitive reputational issues.

While at FGS Global Harry has also been involved pro bono activities in the healthcare charity space.
