Helen is a Managing Director in FGS Longview’s Calgary office. With over 15 years of experience as an investor relations executive, Helen’s expertise includes IR strategy, financial and strategic communications, special situations, and crisis management, all focused on driving shareholder value and enhancing corporate reputation. Prior to joining FGS Longview, Helen served as Director of Investor Relations at Teck Resources, Vice President of Investor Relations at Aritzia, and held senior IR positions in the oil and gas sector with MEG Energy and Suncor. Her diverse background also includes investment sales and research, marketing, and business development. Helen is actively involved in the community, serving as a non-profit board director and mentoring young women in business. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of British Columbia and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
