Henry Schmees

As a Managing Director in the Frankfurt office, Henry Schmees draws on his international experience and consulting background to support clients’ strategic communications needs across a wide range of situations, including transaction and financial communications, investor relations, corporate positioning and strategy communications. He also provides counsel in situations involving activist short sellers. Henry loves working on complex cross-border and multi-stakeholder projects from across the industrial spectrum, with a special focus on the food and agriculture, media and financial services sectors.

In addition, Henry currently serves the firm as Global Coordinator, working closely with the leadership team on advancing growth and integration efforts.

Henry started his career at a strategy and corporate finance consultancy. He holds a Master’s Degree in International Affairs from University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, a Master's Degree in European Affairs from Sciences Po Paris, France, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Management and Governance from Zeppelin University near Lake Constance, Germany.
