Lee’s career has been focused on building brand affinity amidst the ever-evolving landscape of communications. Most recently, Lee launched and accelerated Equinox Group’s first digital membership products—the Equinox+ app and the SoulCycle at-home bike—and laid the global consumer communications function at Gopuff, where she introduced new verticals and brand partnerships with the likes of McLaren, NBA All-Star Chris Paul, and Live Nation.

In addition to communications, Lee is the founder and president of The DAND Alliance, a nonprofit focused on advancing awareness, understanding, and treatment of the ultra-rare genetic condition DEAF1-Associated Neurodevelopmental Disorders (DAND).
Lee is also a credentialed Non-Attorney Special Education Advocate, frequently guest speaks on neurodiversity, and has a Substack newsletter called “The Atypical Advocate” that dives into her family’s story of raising a child with a disability and the lessons learned along the way. Its mission is to help others feel less alone and more empowered in their own journeys—and foster a community that’s more understanding, empathetic, and inclusive.
Lee resides in New York with her three children and husband.
