Jamie advises clients on a variety of special situations, including mergers and acquisitions, proxy fights/shareholder activism and crisis situations, as well as ongoing long-term corporate positioning and investor relations programs.

Recent assignments include supporting Anaplan with its go-private sale to Thoma Bravo, American Outdoor Brands and Tabula Rasa Healthcare with shareholder activism defense against Engine Capital and Indaba Capital, respectively, Nuvei and Danimer Scientific with defense against short-seller allegations, RXO with its spin-off from XPO Logistics, Rogers Corporation with shareholder activism defense, M&A support and a CEO transition, and TD Bank with its acquisition of First Horizon. She provides ongoing investor relations and strategic communications support for several clients, including Visa, Adobe, ACI Worldwide, Vulcan Materials and EnerSys.

Prior to joining the firm, Jamie was a Vice President in the Shareholder Activism Defense group at EY Capital Advisors, where she supported a number of companies with activism preparedness and defense strategies. She was previously a Director in the Capital Markets Communications group at FTI Consulting, where she provided strategic investor relations advice for a number of clients on an on-going basis and during specific transitional events, including activism and hostile M&A defense campaigns, mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings.

Jamie graduated with honors from Pennsylvania State University with dual degrees in Economics and Public Relations.
