Jamie advises clients on a variety of special situations, including proxy fights/shareholder activism defense, mergers and acquisitions and crisis situations, as well as ongoing long-term investor relations and corporate positioning programs.

Recent assignments include advising Mars on its proposed acquisition of Kellanova, the consortium led by Bill Chisholm on its proposed acquisition of the Boston Celtics, Sonoco Products on its acquisition of Eviosys, Norfolk Southern on its proxy defense against Ancora Alternatives; Autodesk on its activism defense against Starboard Value and ongoing investor relations support, TD Bank on the resolution of its anti-money laundering investigation; National Instruments on its sale to Emerson; Rogers Corporation on its activism defense against Starboard Value and ongoing investor relations support; Avid Technology on its go-private sale to STG; Goodyear Tire on activism defense against Elliott Management and its announcement of a strategic transformation plan; Wolfspeed on its activism defense against JANA and ongoing investor relations support; RXO on its spin-off from XPO Logistics; and the FDIC on the March 2023 banking crisis. She provides ongoing investor relations counsel, including quarterly earnings and investor engagement strategy support for several clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Jamie was a Vice President in the Shareholder Activism Defense group at EY Capital Advisors, where she supported clients with activism preparedness and defense strategies. She began her career at FTI Consulting in the Capital Markets Communications group, where she provided strategic investor relations advice for a number of clients on an on-going basis and during specific transitional events, including activism and hostile M&A defense campaigns, mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings.

Jamie graduated with honors from Pennsylvania State University with dual degrees in Economics and Public Relations.
