Jean-Baptiste joined FGS Global in April 2026 as Partner in the Paris office, where he focuses on expanding the firm's Equity Advisory and Investor Relations capabilities across Europe.
Jean-Baptiste has more than 20 years of experience in investment banking, most recently leading HSBC's ECM activities in Continental Europe. He advises management teams and boards on all matters related to their valuation, market impact and capital markets engagement.
His extensive experience includes supporting companies through complex financing transactions, strategic repositioning and high-stakes investor engagements.
Jean-Baptiste holds a Master's degree in Finance from ESSEC Business School.
