Jeffrey McCracken is a partner at FGS based in New York City. He works primarily with the T&F team, focusing on M&A and related financial matters. He previously spent more than 20 years as a journalist and editor at CNBC, Bloomberg News and The Wall Street Journal. He built out the CNBC newsroom as Managing Editor and ran the global deals team at Bloomberg. As a reporter he broke news on M&A, bankruptcies, banking, the auto industry and labor.
