Jennifer holds her MBA from George Washington University and enjoys spending her free time playing outside with her kids.
Jennifer Baaklini is a Director at FGS Global, where she advises clients on digital strategy. She specializes in optimizing public diplomacy and foreign policy messaging to engage target audiences across digital platforms.
Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer worked at the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs as a social media manager and at the Institute of International Education (IIE) as Fulbright U.S. Student Program social media program officer. In both roles she communicated the importance of U.S. government exchange programs to U.S. taxpayers through storytelling and robust digital tactics.
Jennifer earned her MBA at George Washington University in 2020, specializing in digital marketing and leadership management, and holds a bachelor’s in journalism with honors from Penn State University, Schreyer Honors College.
