Jenny Gore is a Partner in the Chicago office. She advises clients on a wide range of complex situations, including M&A transactions, shareholder activism, crises, IPOs and executive changes. She has also worked on the development and execution of ongoing corporate positioning programs.
Jenny has expertise working with investment firms and financial sponsors, advising and executing on ongoing media relations and corporate reputation programs as well as providing transaction and crisis support.
Representative recent assignments include advising Electronic Arts in its proposed sale to an investor group; Alliance Laundry Systems on its IPO; Albertsons on CEO succession, Kroger merger termination and litigation; Mars on its acquisition of Kellanova; The Wendy’s Company on leadership transitions, corporate positioning and investor relations; Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company on its defense against Elliott Management, leadership transition and acquisition of Cooper Tire & Rubber Company; and Verso on its unsolicited approach from Atlas Capital and sale to Billerud.
Jenny holds a BA in Economics and Finance from Santa Clara University.
