Jessica Murphy is a Managing Director at FGS Global focusing on strategy, reputation, and crisis management. She develops integrated communications strategies for corporations and organizations to build stakeholder engagement and confidence, while navigating high-stakes challenges — including crises and reputational threats. She represents clients across a broad range of sectors, with specific expertise in healthcare, education, and financial services.

Jessica orchestrates rapid-response strategies and executes high-impact campaigns that include media relations, thought leadership, and executive positioning. Her approach combines crisis preparedness with issues management to help clients stay ahead of emerging threats while protecting and advancing their reputation.

Recent engagements include developing a multi-year reputational and communications campaign for a leading health research nonprofit; crisis management support for a major private university; years-long crisis, litigation, and transformation communications for a global automaker; and reputation building and executive visibility support for a large multinational bank.

Jessica began her career at Finsbury (one of FGS Global's predecessor firms). She graduated from Villanova University with a degree in Communications.
