Jobst Honig is a Partner in the Berlin office of FGS Global. He advises on strategic positioning, financial communications, and investor relations. In addition, he co-leads the Shareholder Activism Defense and is a member of the Equity Advisory & Investor Relations Practice. His clients have included German and international blue-chip companies, family businesses and international private equity funds for more than five years. In Berlin, he focuses on advising young tech companies and venture capital funds on their positioning in the public and financial community.
Before joining FGS Global, Jobst was a project manager at a large German family-owned company responsible for projects in the areas of strategy development, M&A and restructuring. Prior to this, he worked for seven years at Deutsche Lufthansa AG in Frankfurt, including three years as an investor relations manager and spokesperson.
In addition to his professional activities, Jobst supports different student alumni associations in their work and is active as a mentor for scholarship holders of a foundation. He studied law and business administration and holds a Master’s degree of Law and Buiness from WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management and Bucerius Law School.
