Before joining FGS Global, Jonas gained experience in M&A, private equity, and strategic finance. He holds a postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance from SDA Bocconi and completed an executive program in Leadership Communication at INSEAD.

Having grown up in China and lived in seven countries, Jonas brings a global perspective and curiosity for culture, people, and new ideas.
Jonas Hermann is a Director in the Zurich office. He leads business development for the Transaction & Financial Communications practice across Europe and the UK, supporting the firm's growth strategy across the region. He also leads FGS Global's World Economic Forum task force.
Jonas works with corporate management teams and boards across mergers and acquisitions, shareholder activism, IPOs, investor relations, private capital and restructuring mandates. He develops relationships across the deal ecosystem, spanning investment banks, law firms and financial sponsors, and translates market and competitive intelligence into pitch strategy, client targeting and origination efforts. He also advises companies on financial communications and investor relations, helping shape equity stories and capital market engagement.
Prior to joining FGS Global, Jonas gained experience in M&A, private equity, and strategic finance.
