Jonida Bruci-Flöer

Based in Zurich, Joni joined FGS Global in August 2025 as Growth Coordinator, supporting the Global Chief Growth Officer and the Growth Team in driving strategic priorities, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and keeping the team's deliverables on track.

Before joining FGS Global, Joni built a broad career spanning banking at Credit Suisse and UBS, technology with Dell and Orange Business Services, and government advisory to the President of Albania. She is a certified Chief of Staff from Saïd Business School, Oxford.

Outside of work, Joni pushes her limits on ultra walking challenges and finds balance through travel, reading, family time, and a genuine passion for cooking. She remains actively engaged with Albanian diaspora communities, contributing to initiatives that support Albanians living abroad.
