Josh is a Director in the UK political and regulatory team, having joined FGS Global in 2019. At FGS Global he advises clients across a range of industries to navigate increasingly challenging regulatory and political environments, particularly those businesses active in heavily regulated sectors.
Josh also has a particular focus on UK technology policy as well as specialises in advising on M&A transactions relating to both merger control and FDI clearance processes.
Prior to joining FGS Global Josh worked at a public affairs agency in London, having previously trained and qualified as a lawyer at Herbert Smith Freehills across London, Brussels and Tokyo. He originally studied law at the University of Oxford.
