Joshua managed the Embassy of Afghanistan’s press and public engagement. He graduated with an MA from Tufts University’s Fletcher School.
A native of Trumbull, CT, Joshua is an avid reader, enthusiastic hiker, and reluctant runner. He is the father of two feral children.

At FGS Global, Joshua develops integrated communications campaigns to achieve the reputational and legislative objectives of the International Affairs team’s diverse set of clients, including government and corporate entities in Argentina, Bulgaria, Egypt, Finland, Germany, Indonesia, Iraq, Macedonia, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Somaliland, Switzerland, Thailand, Uganda, and the United Arab Emirates. He specializes in helping foreign entities understand and influence the narratives shaping their reputations among elite audiences in the U.S. He also supports domestic corporate clients in the technology, transportation, and defense sectors with repositioning, messaging, media relations, and crisis planning.
Prior to joining FGS Global, Joshua was the Director of Media Relations for the Embassy of Afghanistan in Washington, D.C. Joshua holds a BA in English Literature from the University of Michigan and an MA from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.
